The Governors of this happy, caring and inclusive school, seek to appoint an experienced, inspirational and highly motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant who:
• Has relevant and recent experience of working with children in both KS1 and KS2 and is prepared to contribute to raising standards
• Is highly motivated, with the ability to inspire and support teachers and other members of staff when required,
• Has high expectations for all children and will inspire and engage them in the learning process;
• Is committed to working in close partnership with all staff and parents;
• Enjoys working in teams and partnerships;
• Has the commitment to CPD and ability to reflect upon current practice, in order to grow.
• Is able to support lead a whole school initiatives.
