North Tyneside Council, Cleaning Services are looking to recruit cleaners within locations across the borough. Positions available vary from early morning shifts to evening shifts ( please indicate your preference in interview ) The Successful candidates will be expected to carry out a range of duties associated with cleaning, to ensure all the building areas are cleaned to the required standards. The use of general electrical equipment ( vacuums, polishers etc ) will be essential to the posts and safety training will be provided. Additional training on Health & Safety , COSHH(Chemicals) and promoting a safe working environment will be given. Previous experience within the cleaning business is desirable but not essential. Cleaning staff are contracted to work at any site in North Tyneside and can be asked to re-locate depending on the business needs.
