Required ASAP, a suitably qualified and experienced teacher to join the team at this highly regarded 9-13 Middle School with 530 pupils on roll.

You will teach mathematics to allocated groups throughout the 9-13 age range. You will have the capacity to rise to the demands of teaching Year 6 SAT’s, provide high quality lessons to move pupils of varying abilities and enable all pupils to progress with their learning. Through your teaching and passion for the subject you will inspire pupils with enthusiasm for Maths, emphasising how important it is to modern day life. The role also includes pastoral responsibility for a form class and the ability to make a contribution to the wider life of the school.

You will have the personal qualities and professional skills necessary to enthuse and motivate pupils, so that the highest standards of learning are attained and maintained in your lessons. You will be a hard working, supportive and effective member of the teaching team.

You will be required to work 19.5 hours per week.

This is a fixed term post up to 20 July 2018.
