Applications are invited for the post of Temporary Emergency Accommodation Coordinator within the Housing Options Team. Working in a small team this service provides temporary emergency accommodation within a dispersed setting whilst homeless applications are investigated. The general duties include administration, use of NTC databases, Word, Excel, and offering advice and support to residents.
You will need to be confident working on your own initiative, have a knowledge of homeless legislation and the new Homeless Reduction Act 2018, and have excellent communication and organisation skills. You will provide a high quality personalised support service, working autonomously managing your own workload, making decisions but also be a definite team player.
