Elm House is a new project under the Staying Close agenda. The service aims to provide proactive support to young people aged 16-21 years who have lived in children’s homes.

Elm House provides a supported accommodation setting, focusing on effective transition to independence and work readiness.

We are looking to recruit a sessional staff team who have a wide and varied range of skills and life experience working to support and develop aspirations for young people and undertake outreach work with those young people transitioning out from Elm House to live independently working on an as and when basis to cover sickness, holidays and other emergencies.
