B2b Young Parents have an exciting opportunity to work as part of their team. Staff offer support to young parents accessing the service, whom often have multiple complex issues.
The onsite ‘outstanding’ Early Years nursery offers high quality provision for children where they are safe, happy and fully supported; enabling them to play, develop and learn, fulfilling their individual potential.
Practitioners are allocated key children to whom they are required to complete planning, observations and tailor care to meet individual requirements. In addition to building and maintaining strong partnership working with parents and multi-agency professionals.
