Full time and including shift work, evenings, weekends and sleep ins.

Together For Children are expanding and this is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced worker to join our company as Deputy Children’s Home Manager of our new Edge of Care Residential Hub.

The Hub will be an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home providing emergency and short-term care for young people open to TfC and working with the Wear Together Edge of Care Team, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and those young people transitioning back from out of area children’s homes.

Our Children’s Homes are inspirational, creative and passionate in delivering excellent care to some of our most vulnerable young people.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Wear Together Edge of Care Team and existing Children’s Homes to deliver exceptional short-term respite and care to young people identified through a robust matching process
