The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an inspirational, innovative and dynamic Deputy Headteacher who shares the vision that every child should achieve their full potential and develop a love of learning in a safe, secure environment, to join us on our journey to excellence. As Deputy Headteacher you will receive the support of committed staff, well-disciplined and happy pupils, helpful and friendly parents and an enthusiastic, hard-working Governing Body.

The successful candidate will be:
- A practising Catholic, committed to the ethos and vision of Catholic Education.
- Supportive of the Catholic life of the school by taking the lead role in developing and coordinating Religious Education.
- Able to work collaboratively with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and Governors to drive and lead our school into the next stage of its development.
- Able to demonstrate recent experience in leadership and management.
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record for raising children’s attainment and sustaining school improvement.
- An outstanding primary classroom practitioner who is passionate about enabling pupils and staff to shine, develop their potential and celebrate their talents.
- Creative, innovative and forward thinking.
