Due to our current, highly respected Deputy Head moving onto Headship we are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual to lead Early Years on a new and ambitious chapter and to continue our conscientious commitment to SEND.
We need an energetic person who works with passion, energy, enthusiasm and urgency!
We are in search of someone who has high expectations of children and continually demands high expectations from staff.
We need someone who knows that our children only have one shot at an education and that every moment counts...every moment is a learning moment.
We want a Deputy Head who has a proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning, and a proven track record of raising standards (and loves doing so!).
An outstanding teacher, you will have at least 5 years of successful teaching experience in at least 2 Key Stages. Having worked in more than one setting, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of successful leadership in a subject or area that resulted in school improvement. Committed to development, you will be able to demonstrate recent CPD/training in leadership / management.
You will be responsible for leading our Early Years and SEND, developing our assessment, helping to embed our bespoke, awe-inspiring curriculum and supporting the Head Teacher in the running of the school.

You will become part of a hardworking leadership team on a fast moving journey! A sense of humour, a love of children and a passion for improvement are all pre-requisites for this job!
