The Governors of St John Boste RC Primary School are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Deputy Headteacher with excellent leadership, management and interpersonal skills to work in partnership with the Headteacher.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:
• Is a practising Catholic who will contribute fully to the Catholic life of the school
• Is an excellent classroom practitioner who will promote the highest aspirations and expectations of learning and behaviour
• Has strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge and motivate others to achieve outstanding practice
• Has the proven ability to take a strategic lead in key areas of whole school development
• Is committed as a leader to working in partnership with staff, parents, governors and the wider community
• Is a positive and caring person who values and respects every individual
