Post: Deputy Head of Academy (Pastoral)

Scale: L12 – L16

Location: Academies across the Ascent Academies Trust

The Board of Trustees are looking to appoint an excellent, experienced leader to support improvement in our academies. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader in the field of special education, possess a sound understanding of SEND legislation and have the ability to engage and motivate others towards a clear vision. The successful applicant will have strategic direction and leadership of a key area within the academy in which they are placed. Additionally, the Deputy Head of Academy will make a major contribution to strategic developments across the Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, positive and ambitious leadership team.
