The school has been part of St Hilda’s Academy Trust since 1st November 2015, along with 10 other Catholic schools, 10 Primary and 1 Secondary. From 1st September 2018, the school will become part of the Nicholas Postgate Catholic Academy Trust, covering the Northern part of the Diocese of Middlesbrough.

Trust Directors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Headteacher who will make a significant contribution to the leadership and management of our school.

The successful candidate will:
• Be a practising Catholic who has a clear vision, commitment and understanding of Catholic education
• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner who is able to demonstrate high expectations of pupils’ behaviour and achievement
• Be an excellent communicator, with good interpersonal and organisational skills, able to confidently deputise for the Headteacher
• Take a strategic lead role in curriculum development, teaching and learning and have proven leadership qualities that inspire and motivate others
• Be committed to working in partnership with the Headteacher, Trust Directors, Local Management Board, parents and the wider community.
