We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Headteacher.
The successful candidate will need to be:
• an exceptional teacher with extensive knowledge of teaching pupils of all abilities
• have a proven track record of leadership.
• be committed to raising achievement and driving forward continued improvement in pupil outcomes.
• Can inspire, maintain and further enhance our happy, inclusive school ethos.
• be motivational in leading a committed team of teaching and non-teaching staff
• Have the personality, drive and enthusiasm to support the Headteacher and Governors in leading and managing the school, as well as maintaining and developing our key relationships with parents and the wider community.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to visit the school prior to interview.
