Due to the promotion of our current Deputy Headteacher, the Governing Board of St Anne’s is looking to appoint a highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic Deputy Headteacher to enhance the leadership and management of this very successful school and who will work in partnership with our dynamic new Headteacher to build on our success as we aim to further develop into an outstanding primary school.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:
• is a practising Catholic, committed to the ethos and vision of Catholic Education
• will support the Catholic life of the school by taking the lead role in developing and coordinating Religious Education
• is able to work collaboratively with the Head teacher, Senior Leadership Team and Governors to drive and lead our school into the next stage of its development
• is able to demonstrate recent experience in leadership and management
• has a proven track record for raising children’s attainment and sustaining school improvement
• is an outstanding primary classroom practitioner who is passionate about enabling pupils and staff to shine, develop their potential and celebrate their talents
• is creative, innovative and forward thinking
• is a natural communicator able to build on our well-developed partnerships with our children, staff, parents, parish and wider community
