DEPUTY HEADTEACHER

The Governors of St. Patrick’s RC Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Deputy Headteacher who is a practising and committed Catholic to work alongside the Headteacher in continuing to develop the success of our school.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:
? Is a practising and committed Catholic, who fully supports the Catholic ethos and has a desire to live out and share the faith through their work;
? Is an outstanding class teacher;
? Will promote the highest aspirations and expectations of learning and behaviour;
? Is committed to inclusive education;
? Has worked effectively as a Middle or Senior Leader and can evidence impact across school;
? Will lead others in key areas of whole school development;
? Has highly effective communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to enthuse, guide and empower staff, governors and pupils;
? Will take a full and active role in all aspects of school life.
