Whittingham C of E Primary School is a relatively small primary school of 107 pupils. We highly value the importance of leadership and have an ambitious vision for our school.
This is reflected in our prioritising having a Deputy Headteacher role which provides a great (and increasingly rare) opportunity for career development into senior leadership at an ambitious, inspirational and nurturing school.
We are looking for:
-A deputy headteacher who has the vision and drive to be an inspirational lead and to enthuse and inspire others.
-You will be able to build and develop the existing systems already in place for our key priorities of mathematics and computing.
-We need you to be an outstanding classroom practitioner who has high expectations for all pupils
-You will have had experience of working across more than one age phase whilst having a clear overview of learning across the entire Primary School
-You will be a good communicator and be able to work well with parents, carers, staff, children, governors and the wider community.
