Further Information
Deputy Manager required to compliment and support the running and development of a busy children`s home in Hartlepool, the home provides residential care for four children with complex emotional and or behavioural difficulties from ages 11 to 18.

The full time post 37 hours will require flexible working and sleep over duties as well as managerial tasks. Good child care skills, safeguarding and effective team management experience is essential.

Knowledge of childcare theories, practices and the children`s homes regulations will also be required.

This successful applicant will be required to undertake a Disclosure & Barring check via the Disclosure & Barring Service (previously CRB).
