This is a great opportunity for a skilled programme management professional to work with senior management across the Council to transform its operations in line with the organisation’s emerging digital strategy.
Working with the Programme Sponsor, Change Programme Manager and the Programme Office, the postholder will lead on the development, governance and implementation of the Council’s digital transformation programme.
The successful applicant will be a highly-motivated individual, with proven skills in programme management, and experience of successfully managing digital programmes or projects (i.e. in the fields of engagement, intelligence, workflow, and / or agile working).
