The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations, ensuring that business processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our strategic vision. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing our Operations Directorate, streamlining systems, and driving continuous improvement in productivity and quality across the organisation.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to optimise resources, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold the highest standards across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage operations teams, fostering a culture of efficiency, accountability, and excellence.
  • Develop, implement, and improve operational processes to ensure optimal productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute operational strategies that align with the organisation’s long-term goals.
  • Drive initiatives that support operational excellence, sustainability, and scalability.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and key performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, prioritising safety, quality, and consistency.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring robust business continuity plans are in place.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions in processes, technology, and people management.
