An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, talented manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and take responsibility for strategic planning and operational management of support and administrative services within the college.
We are seeking to appoint someone with significant successful management experience in either a business or education setting who has a high level of specialist knowledge and expertise in the areas of IT and MIS.
This is an exciting time to join our organisation as, following the land-mark merger of May 2016, we are currently in the consultation phase to convert to become a 16-19 academy and to form a multi-academy trust.
Our college currently comprises two sites which operate largely independently of one another. There are over 600 full-time 16-19 students at the Stockton site studying a wide range of A levels and BTECs at Level 3, additionally there are approximately 40 students study at Level 2. At the Guisborough site there are approximately 1,000 full-time 16-19 students studying at level 3, additionally there are approximately 100 learners studying level 2 and foundation level. The Guisborough site also has over 400 adults accessing learning in the community.
Salary: SFCA Leadership Range L6 – L8 (£50,654 - £52,114)
