The Chief Executives of the Foundation Trusts, CCG and Newcastle Council are working together to deliver better health and wellbeing for the population they serve in a challenging financial environment. They are now wishing to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and committed system leader who can work with partners across the system at all levels to drive forward the collaborative agenda. They will be required to build up trust across partners, take the time to understand the organisational landscape, and to utilise that knowledge to achieve consensus on system change.

This role will report directly to the Chief Executives Group and represents an exciting opportunity for the right person, who is willing to work hard to achieve the right results for the people of Newcastle.

Salary will be commensurate with the knowledge and experience of the successful candidate, and the appointment will be for a fixed two year period.
