Further Information
Northumberland are currently looking to recruit a Domestic Violence and Sexual Violence Coordinator to lead on these 2 significant priorities. We are looking for someone who has an innovative and flexible approach to help to continually improve the Service and will work across all areas of the council and with partner agencies as well as the voluntary and community sector.
You will have an excellent understanding of the impact of domestic abuse on women and men, relevant experience of working at a strategic level and excellent interpersonal skills.
In addition you will have experience and skills in community based domestic services and proactively seek out partnerships and new forms of funding to enhance the support we give to those needing services as well as ensuring a high quality of service delivery is met.
