Longfield Sport is the public-facing brand of Longfield School and provides a range of facilities, activities and classes for use by the members of the community. Facilities include our sports hall, swimming pool, 3g pitch, grass pitches, fitness suite, gymnasium and tennis courts.

We require an enthusiastic Duty Manager to provide day-to-day management of the site during periods of community use. Duties include supervising staff, taking and recording bookings, receiving and accounting for cash takings, dealing with enquiries and ensuring the site is secure at the end of the day.

The successful candidate will have at least one year's previous experience working within a leisure or gym environment and will have worked in a customer facing role. Up-to-date knowledge of and the ability to use and demonstrate fitness equipment and technology and good organisational and communications skills are also essential.
