Required for April 2019, or as soon as possible, an effective and enthusiastic EYFS teacher willing to join our successful and welcoming school as Nursery and 2YO Preschool Team Leader

Candidates for this post should:

• Have a good working knowledge of EYFS and the enthusiasm, drive and commitment to join an outstanding EYFS provision.
• Have experience of leading a small team.
• Have a range of teaching experience in EYFS
• Have proven outstanding practice in EYFS
• Have a willingness to lead and further develop our pre-school and nursery team.

This post would suit teachers in the early stages of their career with proven outstanding practice looking to develop their leadership skills, through to more experience middle leaders looking to broaden their leadership experience prior to moving into a senior leadership role.

Our school is on a journey from good to outstanding. With this in mind we are seeking to appoint an outstanding EYFS Teacher to lead our Nursery and Preschool as part of our Foundation Stage. We are looking for someone who is determined to provide exciting, high quality learning experiences for our children and in return will benefit from the wide range professional development opportunities that the school has to offer.

Having recently become a founding member of Endeavour Academies, this is an exciting time to join our school. We offer a lively, inclusive learning environment where every child is special. Our school ethos is one of commitment to the education of the whole child, fostering community involvement and nurturing a sense of belonging. We have a strong team of very skilled staff who are committed to working together in order to raise the attainment of our pupils and provide an innovative curriculum through work such as Lead Associate School for the Royal Shakespeare Company.

This post will attract dedicated leadership time and would be an ideal opportunity to further develop your leadership skills within a nurturing and forward thinking environment.
