Working Pattern - 37 hrs Monday-Friday
We are seeking to recruit an Early Help Worker for a period of 12 months to support children and families who meet our Level 2 threshold. You will complete assessments and co-ordinate multi-agency teams to improve outcomes for children. You will deliver parenting programmes and direct interventions.
This position requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check
