A partner primary school to First Class Supply would like to appoint an Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to support in the classroom. The position is to start on a full time basis to commence as soon as possible, and will continue for the remainder of the academic year.
The school provides a stimulating and welcome environment where pupils make good progress. They enjoy school and are attentive and courteous to each other. The leaders of the school are passionate about the pupils and are knowledgeable and effective in securing improvements. The quality of teaching is good using a variety of strategies to engage the pupils, therefore achievement is good and improving.
Successful applicants will:
- Demonstrate a positive impact on pupil development
- Be pro-active, enthusiastic, energetic and reliable
- Have the ability to motivate and engage children
- Be able to work independently using your initiative
- Have a minimum of 6 months recent experience within a UK setting
- Hold a Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant education or child care discipline.
