The Governors of the School would like to appoint a highly motivated and creative Early Years teacher to join our successful school team in this high achieving school.
The successful candidate will be joining our school at an exciting time as we move the school to ‘outstanding’ following our ‘Good’ Ofsted and Section 48 inspections in September and July 2017 respectively.
St Paulinus has outstanding facilities on a site integrated with the new parish church. We are committed to a high degree of corporate working with staff, Governors, pupils, parents, parish and wider community all contributing to the life of our school. We are looking for a teacher who:
• Wishes to develop outstanding practice, has a love for learning and high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour;
• An outstanding child centred Early Years teacher with high expectations of pupil’s behaviour and attainment;
• Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
• Is able to contribute significantly in Early Years through commitment, vision, drive and passion to provide the very best care and education for our pupils;
• Has the ethos and philosophy to build good relationships with children, parents and Governors .
• Develop daily routines in a stimulating and creative setting and provide rich experiences to enable our children to become effective learners.
• Is able to manage and monitor planning and assessment effectively in order to raise standards.
