The North East Combined Authority was formed on 7 May 2024. We are led by an Elected Mayor and Cabinet and cover the seven local authority areas of County Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, Northumberland, South Tyneside and Sunderland.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Economic Analyst to join the Bus Reform team in the Transport Directorate. The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree and have demonstrable experience of economic analysis and knowledge of the public transport sector. You will also have proficiency in economic modelling software, statistical analysis tools.
