South Tyneside Educational Psychology Service is a lively and talented team of educational psychologists, specialist teachers and emotional resilience officers. The Service is very well regarded by its users, as is evident from the consistently excellent feedback it receives. It maintains highly positive working relationships with schools and with other professionals. There are opportunities to engage in a wide variety of work, including training, therapeutic work and systems work.

We are a service that is going through a period of change and we are seeking educational psychologists who are energetic and enthusiastic and are willing to contribute to an evolving team.

The full-time post is open to applicants interested in job-share. We welcome applications from qualified educational psychologists and from those in their final year of professional training. The post is subject to registration as a qualified Educational Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council.
