Do you bring the resilience, tenacity and patience needed to support those facing multiple challenges?

We are looking to recruit five tenacious and dynamic Enhanced Case Workers to join our team on a 12 months fixed term basis.

You will be co-located within one of three key sites:
  • Emergency Department, JCUH
  • Crisis Suite, Roseberry Park
  • Police Force Control Room
As an Enhanced Caseload Worker, you will work as part of a small team to support a caseload of adults facing multiple challenges, who may present with behaviours that challenge, and which may make it difficult for them to establish relationships at any level.

The role will support people with multiple needs, including:
  • Domestic abuse
  • Homelessness
  • Substance misuse
Individuals may also experience additional needs such as:
  • Re-offending behaviour
  • Mental ill health
  • Physical ill health and/or disabilities
