Enhanced Teaching Assistant (SEN) required asap. Term time only plus 2 additional weeks.
We are looking for an Enhanced Teaching Assistant (SEN) to work with Upper Key Stage 2 pupils in Year 5/6 groups. Walworth is a Primary School for children with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties with associated learning and behavioural problems. The children are taught the national curriculum differentiated to meet their individual needs. They can be both verbally and physically abusive and aggressive. The role is to assist the class teacher with both the learning and behaviour management of the pupils.
Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post. Essential Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching and Learning; experience working with Key Stage 2 pupils
