Usual work times:-
Monday to Thursday 6pm to 10pm
Sat 8am to 2pm
Sunday 2pm to 10pm
Must be flexible to suit the needs of the Campus lettings
This post is Temporary fixed term for one year in the first instance depending on continued income.
Due to the increased uptake in the use of our out of hours facilities, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic well motivated person to join our existing site & lettings teams. You need good people skills and a warm friendly can do attitude.
Your role will be to undertake cleaning and caretaking duties to ensure the facilities are ready for our out of hours customers and also ready for school use the next day. You will be working alongside our Lettings and current Premises Teams to make sure that everything is in place including moving equipment and furniture and cleaning. A good grasp and experience of DIY is necessary as general repairs and maintenance will be needed as and when required.
You will be a named key holder and be responsible for securing and locking the Campus. A first aid at work qualification is required or you must be prepared to attend training to gain this.
Support staff are fully included in the Campus Training and Development Programme.
The Campus is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS clearance check and 6 month probationary period.
