An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Facilities & Compliance Administrator to join the Facilities and Compliance Team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Facilities and Compliance team are part of the Property & Assets Section with the main purpose is to monitor and manage all aspects of statutory compliance, drive upward performance and introduce robust policies and procedures to deliver service excellence and reduce risk across the business. The team has responsibility to monitor and manage performance with regards to gas and electrical safety, asbestos and legionella management, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, fire safety, cleaning and the day to management of non-domestic premises.

The ideal person will work as part of a team a deliver administrative support ensuring high standards of service to customers and staff. In particular we are looking for an individual to effectively update the Assets Management and Asbestos Management System to ensure accurate records and data is held and maintained at all times. Provide relevant documentation to support operations in conjunction with Asbestos removal & encapsulation works and to deal with enquiries relating to asbestos data.

We are looking for a hardworking and flexible individual to join an excellent team and to help drive and deliver service excellence.

The successful candidate will be able to work flexible hours, hold a full driving licence and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
