Together for Children have an exciting opportunity for a Grade 3 Family Home Care Support Worker to join to the Family Care and Support Team on a part time basis.
The successful candidate will provide support to parents/carers by supporting children with a disability in the family home or in the community.
The successful candidate will also meet the needs of children and young people to whom the service is provided, consistent with the Service agreement. Activities may range from looking after the child in the home to activities in the community that encourage the child’s development. Personal care tasks may also need to be undertaken whilst providing care to the child or young person
