Our hidden gem of a school is currently in an exciting phase of change and this is a great time to join us. We are looking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Family Liaison Officer to work within our strong and dedicated SEND department.

The ideal candidate will
• be familiar with multi-agency working
• have a vision and strategies for increasing parental engagement
• have a vision and strategies for increasing attendance
• be able to facilitate events and opportunities for the wider community
• have knowledge and understanding of safeguarding practices
• have outstanding interpersonal skills and experience of working effectively with both adults and children

It is desirable, though not essential that candidates have experience of counselling.
