We have 4 positions for Family Practitioners that have arisen within the Family Partnership Team. These positions are fixed term until September 2019 as part of a pilot scheme.
The positions are for Practitioners for schools within the Stronger Families department, which forms part of Prevention and Partnerships, within Children Services. .
This is an exciting opportunity to join Stronger Families and be Lead Practitioners for schools, to enable them to assess, plan and provide Early Help services for children, young people and families, using evidence-based interventions to increase family resilience and improve outcomes.
This is a pilot as part of an opportunity to an integrated model of the Local Authority and Education working together to offer Early Help to families in schools.
It is essential you hold a relevant level 3/4 professional qualification.
