You will receive a holiday plussage on all hours worked which will be paid at the same time as the normal pay for the work. The holiday plussage is based on the 31 days DBC contractual entitlement and this equates to 13.54%.
Based at the Dolphin Centre as part of the Front of House Team, you will thrive in a fast paced environment and understand the importance of excellent customer service. We are looking to attract people who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service with an enthusiasm to deliver business performance and who will be proud to be part this very successful team.
The successful applicant will be required to work varying shifts to accommodate the needs of the business. These shifts normally fall between the hours of 7.30 am - 10.00 pm (sometimes later for events) a large proportion of these shifts will occur during weekends and evenings, therefore only applicants who can commit to this can be considered. As you will be working in a licensed environment and serving alcoholic drinks to customers, you should be aged 18 years or over.
