Newcastle City Learning is seeking to recruit a committed individual who has experience of delivering a front line service and information, advice and guidance to a variety of customers.

You will be committed to the Gateway team which is currently based over 3 sites. Your role will be to ensure that the Gateway team provide a first class service to all of our customers both internal and external. Alongside this you will be responsible for allocated projects.

A high standard of written and verbal communication skills is essential along with an understanding of the adult education sector.
