The Governing Body of our thriving school is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to take a lead role within the school to address the needs of all pupils. This role is to start as soon as possible and will be based in KS1.

We are looking for someone special who:
- Has recent and relevant experience of working with young children, in an educational setting and with children with additional learning and behavioural needs
- Aims for excellence at all times
- Has a relevant qualification equivalent to Level 3 or higher
- Is sympathetic to the strong Catholic ethos of our parish school
- Has a passion to make a difference, is a good communicator with a real ability to inspire and motivate.
- Good communication and listening skills, and an ability to relate well to children and adults
- Experience of resource preparation and differentiation to support learning programmes
- General awareness of inclusion policies and practice
- Has experience of working with children of all abilities
- Has the confidence and subject knowledge to teach whole classes across the primary phase
