The roles will work across the Council and successful applicants will gain exposure to a range of services. We will provide you with the opportunity to gain operational and strategic experience while being supported by committed and welcoming teams.
From the start, you will be involved in key areas such as:
General/operations management,
People Management,
Project and Policy Work
Leading and driving strategic direction
Building effective relationships with stakeholders

Essential requirements:
Qualified to degree level
Proof of right to work in the UK, without the requirement of sponsorship
Demonstrable ambition to develop a career in Local Government
Strong communication, teamwork and analytical skills
Commitment to CPD
