Our HR Service provides the framework and support enabling the effective management of the workforce in the provision of high quality services to the people of Hartlepool. We are a small but effective team offering a wide range of HR services across a multi-disciplined unionized environment. This means you will have the opportunity to be part of great team environment, working on all aspects of HR including innovative new corporate initiatives and projects.

We are looking to strengthen our well established HR team through this exciting opportunity. The HR Advisor role offers a chance for someone in the early stages of their career to really embed their general HR practice with exposure to all aspects of HR.

The successful candidate will need confidence, relationship building skills, and a positive attitude that embraces best HR practice. The qualification requirements are a minimum CIPD Foundation Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice.
