Required Skills/Experience:
Experience of working in an HR environment
Working knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
Good IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritise own workload and work to conflicting deadlines
Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team
Ability to take and prepare minutes at meetings
Good communication skills
Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service Headquarters are based in a purpose build office in Washington, with ample free parking and easy access from the A1 and A19.
