•gain experience within a fast paced environment
•hold or be working towards the CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice or equivalent
•have the ability to confidently advise Managers and Head Teachers on all HR related matters
•actively support and develop the service offered by the HR Business Teams to Departments and Schools
•have the opportunity to develop communication and negotiating skills

Post 1: This role is primarily based within the dedicated HR Schools Team and you will actively support and develop the relationship between the Local Authority, Schools and the HR Service.
