This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in Human Resources and join an established and supportive team in delivering a quality HR service. The successful candidate will:

• gain experience within a fast paced environment
• hold or be working towards the CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent
• have the ability to confidently advise managers on all HR related matters
• actively support and develop the service offered by the HR Business Teams to Departments and Schools
• have the opportunity to develop their communication and negotiating skills
