Westgate Hill Primary Academy and the Laidlaw Schools Trust are looking to appoint a Head Chef to join our busy catering team. The role would be to lead two kitchens across our large, split site primary school of 750 pupils.
The successful applicant will lead on food preparation for our pupils and staff and will have a solid kitchen background with experience of catering for high volume numbers. Experience of stock management and an excellent knowledge of current Health and Safety Regulations are essential.
The Trust is interested in applications from suitably qualified and experienced people who have proven ability to inspire and motivate staff, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and bring creativity to the preparation and production of quality food.
