We are seeking to appoint a curriculum lead with vision and determination to lead a largely newly formed team. We are looking for an individual who is aspirational for self and others, energetic and driven to ensure that our students attain outstanding outcomes at all three key stages, in particular Fine Art.

The successful candidate will have:
• Key leadership skills
• Excellent understanding of exam board requirements at both GCSE and A level
• Appropriate subject related degree and teaching qualifications
• Excellent organisational skills

St Cuthbert’s Catholic High School is an outstanding school, hugely popular in the region. Results for boys are the best in this area. Our Art results are outstanding - 8th in the country for Fine Art and 2nd for Graphic Communication.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious for our students, accountable for outcomes, relentless in a competitive environment in innovative practices and who is passionate about Art.
