The post of Head of Education and Skills is vital for us, and will help shape the way we service and support children and young people. Moving forward, we need to forge a new partnership approach with our schools and academies, improve access to learning, and ensure that we work closely with health and other partners to enable better outcomes. To help us succeed, we are looking for candidates with strong and relevant experience in an education setting who can bring about change via fresh ideas and determination.
