We are looking for an exceptional, experienced individual for a key role within Children's Services.
We want a strong leader to guide the delivery of the Middlesbrough Mayor’s ambitious vision, driving forward improvement and meeting all challenges.
Based in the Civic Centre, the post holder would lead the strategic areas of Children Services to improve service delivery to young people, specifically in areas of quality, strategic planning and performance. Working in collaboration with other senior mangers the ability to think and act strategically is a key requirement.
The successful applicant should be able to keep a clear focus on results, be a creative and strategic thinker and have a passion for success. You will be part of a strong Leadership Team working in an authority that is going places. If you have a desire to lead this key priority for Middlesbrough and want to work in a truly collaborative and supportive management team, then this is the role for you.
