Required for September 2017.
Due to the impending retirement of our current headteacher, governors are seeking to appoint someone who has the skill and dedication to continue the school’s development.
We need our Headteacher to:
Have a clear vision for the future of this successful school;
Be an enthusiastic, empathetic and inspiring leader with excellent communication skills;
Have a passion for inclusion and individualised learning aimed at developing the knowledge life skills and experiences of our pupils;
Provide effective leadership of the school and foster the professional development of all staff;
Have the resilience, combined with the ability to engage parents, carers and the local community in our children’s education.
