Due to the retirement of our outstanding Headteacher, the Governing Body of this newly formed Primary School seek to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Headteacher to lead and be part of a committed staff. Shilbottle Primary is a rural school in the heart of Northumberland.
You will lead our school forward in its next stage of development and share our drive to provide outstanding teaching and learning for all our pupils.
You will:
• be passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and families in our school;
• have excellent leadership skills and experience along with the ability to inspire and a belief in distributed leadership;
• be ambitious for all - have high expectations in teaching, learning, behaviour and attitude;
